This is the 5th iteration of the Holidaze blend, for 2021 it is a 50/50 blend of a naturally processed Ethiopian & a washed process Honduran coffee. As always you can expect an easy drinking coffee with loads of sweetness.

El Rosal is locted 66km from Pasto, in an area where three Colombian mountain ranges converge. Here, temperature oscillates between 14-25 degrees celsius, which is the ideal range for coffees to grow. El Rosal is part of the Ecotierra group that supports farmers with tools to improve their coffee quality. Their program enables farmers in this area to get access to advanced techniques, technology, and support. With improved cup quality these farmers are able to access higher premiums and sustainable partnerships.

"The 2021 Women in Coffee blend is composed by 4 different women from different generations and backgrounds but all with the same objective: to produce better coffees. The decision of combining these lots into a blend was made after cupping (by Mountain Coffee) many different samples in order to achieve the perfect flavour combination that preserved the uniqueness of each coffee, but when combined, reflected the power of women when put together. This years blend has the base from Raquel’s Icatu and Red Catuai + Laiz Mundo Novo, combined in less proportion with Dani’s and Aline’s Red Catuai."

Ana Sora is a natural processed heirloom varietal from one of the few privately-owned farms in Ethiopia. Owner Esrael Degefa sorts cherries with precision in flotation tanks to separate the underripe cherries. The very high altitude slows maturation to a crawl and imparts incredible vibrance and complexity in the cherries. Followed by an impeccable drying process, this coffee just has all the characteristics to create an unforgettable cup.
